How to Maintain Emotional Sobriety

Did you know that you can get drunk from your emotions? You most certainly can when you over react to people. Difficult relationships are challenging and one of the common things we do is to let our emotions get out of control and then we react to what other people are doing and saying or not doing and not saying. When we do, we find ourselves literally intoxicated and unable to function normally, as well as having emotional hangovers. It isn’t worth it.
