Anger is a powerful emotion that can result in disastrous consequences. Given that it feels so overwhelming, you might be surprised to know that it can be effectively managed.

- Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy
- Assertiveness Techniques
- Relaxation Techniques
- Parenting with Logical Consequences
- Problem Solving Techniques
Class includes recorded lecture, small group discussion, and individual activities outside of class to work on applying the techniques and gaining insight into one’s own anger patterns.
