Once you purchase a thirty- or sixty-minute consult, you will receive an email from Karla to set up a mutually agreeable time. If you are in the United States, Karla will call you on the phone number you provide. If you live outside the United States, you and Karla will chat on an agreed upon platform such as Facebook or WhatsApp.

Karla will make a reasonable effort to set up a mutually agreeable time as soon as her schedule permits which is usually within one week or less.

This consult is intended to give you input on where you are stuck in your relationship and/or personal life. Most people require only one call with Karla to get the ideas they need to move forward. If your issue is something that you need weekly therapy for, it may be necessary for you to enroll in professional therapy. This consultation is not intended to set up a therapeutic relationship with Karla as your professional therapist since it is structured as a consult only.

In addition, Karla is not assuming any liability as a result of this consult as a Marriage and Family Therapist since this consult is offering education via coaching and is NOT OFFERING PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY.
