Here is what these nine audios include:

The Twelve Steps are a God-inspired and biblically-based program for healing from the brokenness all of us experience as a result of sin in our lives and others’ lives. It is a gentle and simple program that anyone can apply to their lives to experience God’s restoration.

This series on the Twelve Steps helps you understand the biblical principles in the Steps, but it isn’t enough to only hear truth; you also have to apply it (James 1:19-26), so the series also gives you a written action plan to work the Steps by applying them to your life and relationships. You will find healing for your addictions, Christian codependency, difficult relationships, and life struggles by working these 12 Steps.

Audio 1: Step One is about admitting powerlessness over your own life and the lives of others and recognizing how unmanageable your life is. This audio will help you understand how admitting powerlessness is absolutely necessary for any change to take place.

Audio 2: Step Two takes you from hopelessness to hopefulness by trusting God to restore you to a sane way of living. This audio will help you focus on your faith in God as the reason for your hopefulness and to identify what “sanity” will look like in your life.

Audio 3: Step Three involves turning your self-will and life over to God’s care. This audio explores what “surrender” is and how you can do it.

Audio 4: Steps Four and Five involve taking a moral inventory of your life and then sharing it with God and another person. This audio provides specific instructions on how to take a self-inventory the way the original founders of Alcoholics Anonymous suggested, in addition to other ways.

Audio 5: Steps Six and Seven focus on letting go of your character defects with the help of God. This audio provides a teaching on how you can change habits and behaviors through a detailed step-by-step process.

Audio 6: Steps Eight and Nine focus on healing through making amends. This audio explains how to make indirect, direct, and living amends to the people in your life you have harmed.

Audio 7: Step Ten involves making a commitment to examining yourself on a daily basis and admitting your wrongs promptly. This audio identifies the things that keep you from looking honestly at yourself and offers suggestions to help you continue to see yourself truthfully.

Audio 8: Step Eleven involves making a commitment to continually work on improving your relationship with God. This audio explores how to find God’s will for your life.

Audio 9: Step Twelve involves recognizing the healing that has taken place in your life as a result of the Twelve Steps and becoming willing to share your experience, strength and hope with others. This audio reviews the principles in the Twelve Steps that you can share with others and continue to practice in your life and relationships.
