This YouTube video titled “What’s Your Motive?” will show you how to figure out what is right and wrong for you. Difficult relationship dynamics are complicated and confusing. There isn’t necessarily one way to respond to the dilemmas you face.

Jesus often asked people why they were doing what they were doing. He looked beyond the surface actions to determine their motives. He knew that their motives made something that appeared right to actually be wrong and something that appeared wrong to actually be right.

One of the ways you can figure out if you are doing the right thing is to check your motive. There are motives that are good and motives that aren’t good. When you know what they are and you can look inward and be honest about why you are doing a certain thing, you will begin to get insight into whether or not it is the best action.
